Team must included a minimum of 2 female participants.

Liability Waiver & Release By completing this registration, I acknowledge that participating in the Fort Recovery Jubilee volleyball tournament involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and hold the Fort Recovery Jubilee, its organizers, and the venue harmless from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation. I also confirm that all members of my team are aware of and agree to these terms.
